Stocked fridge
Start your holiday in a completely relaxed way: upon request, we will stock your fridge for €35 with fresh, mostly regional products. Look forward to eggs from our own chickens, homemade jams, as well as local sausage and cheese specialties.

Herb walk
On request, you can discover local wild herbs on a guided herb walk with our senior hostess, a certified herbal educator. The price varies depending on duration and number of participants.

Included in the price
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. The holiday apartment is fully equipped, including a well-appointed kitchen with everything you need for everyday use.

Deposit
A deposit of 25% is required when making a reservation. As soon as we receive the deposit, you will receive your binding booking confirmation, allowing you to start planning your holiday with ease.

Tourist tax
In Oberammergau, the tourist tax is currently €2.50 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. Children and teenagers under 16 are exempt. The tourist tax is charged separately and is due no later than departure.

Final cleaning
Final cleaning is already included in the accommodation price. This means you don’t have to worry about a thing and can enjoy your stay from the very beginning.

Cancellation
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 29 to 15 days before arrival, 25% of the total price will be charged. From 14 days before arrival or in the event of no-show, 90% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
